Registration
The workshop late registration will be open till 5 October at
http://integralworkshop2012.in2p3.fr/Registration.html
but at the increased fee of 400 euros for standard and 350 euros for student participants, without museum or Seine cruise. For these late registrations the dinner will also not be guaranteed as maximum number of seats has now been fixed.
Payment can be done by credit card or bank transfer only. Cash payment will not be accepted.

Participants will have to collect their badge and document bag at the reception desk of the conference starting from Monday 15 at 08:30 am.
Abstract submission
Abstract submission is now closed.
An abstract booklet will be available in PDF format on the workshop www site for download few days before the start of the workshop. No printed booklet will be provided to avoid waste of paper.
Travel support
As with all past INTEGRAL workshops, the organizers will make all efforts to provide some financial support to help participants as needed (e.g. early stage scientists) to attend the workshop.
Travel support relies solely on very limited funds, which may become available through sponsors. Request shall be made after registration at the e-mail conference address.
Invitation Letters for Visa application
Invitation letters to obtain a French visa shall be requested to the workshop secretary by e-mail as soon as the registration is performed.
Social Events
The registration fee includes tickets for the social events of the conference, which are:
•A welcome cocktail on the evening of the first day of the conference at the BNF.
•Cocktail and conference dinner during the celebration of the 10th anniversary of launch.
•Ticket for Wednesday afternoon visiting tours:
o Musée du Louvre
or
o Musée d’Orsay
or
o Cruise on the Seine River
Participants will have to pay for their accompanying persons at the social events at the moment of the registration payment.
Museum and cruise tickets are valid for one year with no restrictions on entry time. The two cruises on the 17 October afternoon that will allow comfortable participation to the celebration dinner are those at 14:30 and 16:00 (the cruise lasts 1.5 hr).
Accommodation
A list of hotels close to the workshop venue is reported in the Accommodation page along with other general information.
Participants are invited to make their own reservation, well in advance of the conference period, since Paris is a very busy and touristic destination and a very important and popular event is expected to take place in Paris the week before the conference. No reservations will be handled by the LOC.
Workshop Proceedings
All contributions (invited, solicited, contributed oral talks and posters) will be refereed via the Science Advisory Committee (SAC). Refereed contributions will be published on-line via Proceedings of Science http://pos.sissa.it
Scientific editors are F. Lebrun, A. Goldwurm and C. Winkler.
Further information and instructions to authors for the preparation of manuscripts will be provided in due course.
To guarantee publication of a contribution it must have been presented (orally or as a poster) by the lead author or by one of the co-authors during the workshop.
