INSTRUCTIONS
Participants can submit an abstract in pdf format by filling out the form below, uploading the abstract pdf file and clicking ‘‘submit’’.
Please use a file name that has high probability to be unique, e.g. by including your name
and first name in it.
We suggest a filename of the form: Abstract-Name-Firstname-item.pdf Do not use a generic filename such "abstract.pdf"
Accepted abstracts and the scientific program will be available on the Scientific Program page before 15 July 2012.
Papers describing instruments, future missions, technology, and data analysis methods can be accepted as posters only. Poster presentations shall be prepared using A0 format. However, it is expected that, based on community feedback and space available, individual posters cannot be displayed during the entire week of the workshop. The organizers also plan to provide on-line access to the posters in addition to their physical display. The authors will be therefore required to provide a PDF version of their poster to the LOC.
